Shipping service

-Our store uses SF Express, you can enter your shipping address or SF self-pickup point/SF Locker.

Overseas orders

-The price indicated does not include shipping fee, customs duties or import taxes. Duties and customs fees may be incurred for some countries, this will be borne by the receiver of the package in accordance with customs laws.

Pre-order items

-All products on website are pre-order items or else stated. We will arrange shipment as soon as possible. After shipment, an email notification will be sent with an SF tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your order by yourself.

-For pre-order products, the products will be shipped within 7-25 working days after payment is completed. Please be patient and we will ship them as soon as possible. If you encounter out-of-stock conditions after payment, we will notify you as soon as possible for a refund. You can also check the product status with us on Instagram in advance before placing an order.

Shoes Size Exchange Service within 7 days

-We provide you 7 days (as the day you receive the package* ) to return your purchases, only size exchange is available. Please keep the shoe box and all the inner packaging and send us back within 7 days from the day you receive the package.

-Complimentary return is available with shipping through SF Express. If the shoes/ sizes you intend to exchange are sold out or unavailable, you can return for a refund. Please note that each pair of shoes can only be exchanged once, and only products of the same style and color can be exchanged. If necessary, please DM us for detailed information on sizes.

*Only applicable to orders in Hong Kong currently.

Return conditions:

-Send it back within 7 days from the day you receive the package. For example: if you receive the package on 1/7, the last date to send out is on 7/7 . Overdue items will not be accepted;

-The product is in original condition, intact and unused, there are no stains on the product, and the resale condition of the product has not been affected;

-The outer packaging of the product is intact, and the shoe box and inner packaging remain in their original condition.

Return and Exchange procedure:

- Return and exchange will be done after checking to ensure that there are no stains or artificial damage. We will immediately reserve a new order for the appropriate size.

-New order takes time and will be shipped within 7-25 working days. Early arrival will be dispatched as soon as possible.

-Single purchase upon $1,500 or $3,000 in cumulative purchases within a year, you can become a VIP member and enjoy VIP-exclusive limited discounts.

-VIP is a permanent membership system
