Shipping service
Our store uses SF Express, you can enter your shipping address or SF self-pickup point/SF Locker.

Hong Kong orders
Free shipping for orders over HKD$1,200.

Taiwan orders
Please provide us your Chinese Full Name (same as your ID) and ID number (recommended) in 'Order Special Instructions' before checkout for smooth shipping process. If you have registered Ezway before, providing ID number is optional.

Overseas orders
All items are shipped out of Hong Kong. The price indicated does not include shipping fee, customs duties or import taxes. Duties and customs fees may be incurred for some countries, this will be borne by the receiver of the package in accordance with customs laws.
