Shoes Exchange Service within 7 days
We provide you 7 days (as the day you receive the package* ) to return your purchases. Please keep the shoe box and all the inner packaging and send us back within 7 days from the day you receive the package.
Complimentary return shipping is available through SF Express. If the shoes/ sizes you intended to exchange are sold out or unavailable, you can still return for a refund. Please note that each pair of shoes can only be exchanged once, and only products of the same style and color can be exchanged. If necessary, please DM us for detailed information on sizes.

Return conditions:
-Send it back within 7 days from the day you receive the package. For example: if you receive the package on 1/7, the last date to send out is on 7/7 . Overdue items will not be accepted;
-The product is in original condition, intact and unused, there are no stains on the product, and the resale condition of the product has not been affected;
-The outer packaging of the product is intact, and the shoe box and inner packaging remain in their original condition.
Return and Exchange procedure:
- Return and exchange will be done after checking to ensure that there are no stains or artificial damage. We will immediately reserve a new order for the appropriate size.
-New order takes time and will be shipped within 7-25 working days. Early arrival will be dispatched as soon as possible.
